抄録/ポイント： 27.12MHzの高周波により生成した水中のプラズマを用いたナノ粒子作製のためのプロセスを提案した。プラズマに暴露された金属電極のエロージョンにより20kPaにおいてタングステン酸化物,銀および金ナノ粒子を作製した。作製したナノ粒子の評価をXRD,吸収スペクトルおよびTEMにより行った。ナノ粒子のサイズを液体中のプラズマを用いた同様技術により作製したものと比較した。Copyright 2013 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
