抄録/ポイント： 本研究では,ロボットが人に触れる際に,視線の高さと発話タイミングが接触の自然さに与える印象の変化を調査した。実験の結果,視線の高さを合わせて触れる前に発話することで,触れた後に発話する場合よりも自然な印象を伝えることが出来ることが示された。(著者抄録)
