抄録/ポイント： 本研究では,それぞれ0.70,0.86,0.56F値による教師つき機械学習を用いた日本Q&Aスタイルウェブフォーラムからの問題記述文書,ソリューション記述文書,原因記述文書の抽出を行った。これらの値がそのベースラインよりも極めて良好であることを確認した。本抽出法は,ユーザが提供した問題の探索と原因および可能性ある解を表示することができる一つの応用構築に有効となるであろう。(翻訳著者抄録)
