抄録/ポイント： 看護師の意向に影響を及ぼす要因を決定する条件の理解は,看護師の不足を患う国にとって重要である。目的:大規模日本人サンプルにおける女性の病院看護師の間で残る意図に影響する因子を調査し,年齢によって4つの世代に分類し,経済的条件を考慮すること。【方法】簡便サンプリングによる断面調査を実施した。匿名の自己管理アンケートは,30の病院ですべての看護師に配布された。残される意図を評価するために,心理社会的作業環境の基本的属性,生活条件,仕事特性,および因子を扱った。年齢コホートに基づいてデータを4世代に分類した後に,著者らは完全データ(N=5074,平均年齢=36.24歳)を用いて多変量ロジスティック回帰分析を実施した。結果:経済的条件によって影響される一般的な特性に関係なく,努力と金銭報酬は一般的な要因であった。過剰コミットメント,社会的支援および役割モデルの存在は,3世代における一般的共通因子であった。一方,子供達は,19651979年に生まれた世代に残る意図を増加させているが,小児以外の介護を必要とする家族は,1980年代に生まれた世代のリスクを減少させた。結論:心理社会的作業環境と生活条件の因子を考慮した一般的対策は,女性の看護師のターンオーバーを避けるために必要である。Copyright 2019 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
