被測定ガス中の特定ガス濃度を検出するセンサ素子と、該センサ素子を内側に挿通配置したハウジングと、該ハウジングの先端側に固定した素子カバーとを有するガスセンサであって、 上記素子カバーは、Feを主成分としAlを添加したFe-Al合金材料からなることを特徴とするガスセンサ。
