【要約】【課題】 光による防汚消臭反応を進行させるTiO2を壁面や内装材に固定し、防汚消臭性能を付与することは公知であるが、TiO2を固定する際に焼成処理が必要であるため、防汚消臭性能を付与できる内装材は限定されている。そこで、この焼成処理を必要としない防汚消臭性能付与法および、防汚消臭内装材を提供する。【解決手段】 防汚消臭性能を付与する対象物表面にフッ素樹脂の水系分散体とTiO2水系分散体またはTiO2粉末を塗布することにより、防汚消臭構造を形成する。

Claim (excerpt)：

フッ素系樹脂バインダー中に二酸化チタン微細粉が分散し、かつ二酸化チタン微細粉は、少なくともバインダー表面から露出していることを特徴とする防汚消臭構造。
