陽極(20)と陰極(80)とに有機EL材料からなる発光層(51〜56)を含む有機層(90)を挟持してなる有機EL素子において、前記発光層は、異なるピーク波長の発光を行う発光層(51、52、53、54、55、56)が交互に3層以上積層されたものであることを特徴とする有機EL素子。
