【要約】【課題】有機物を含む固体廃棄物を短時間で効率的に分解し、かつ無機物を析出することのない固体廃棄物処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】原子力発電所などで発生するイオン交換樹脂,ゴム手袋,活性炭,ポリ容器などの固体状有機物を含む固体廃棄物、例えば陽イオン交換樹脂1を水2および酸化剤3と混合した後、分解工程4で温度 200〜 374°C未満,圧力10〜22MPaの亜臨界条件で一定時間保持し、固体廃棄物を分解させる。液相5には硫酸塩6と酸化物7が、気相8には二酸化炭素9が発生する。これにより陽イオン交換樹脂1中の無機物を析出させることなく有機物を分解できる。

Claim (excerpt)：

有機物を含む固体廃棄物を水および酸化剤と混合した後、?@温度 200〜 373°C,圧力10〜30MPa、?A温度 374〜 600°C,圧力10〜21.9MPaの2通りの条件のうち、?@,?Aの何れかの条件において、5分間から4時間保持し、前記固体廃棄物を分解することを特徴とする固体廃棄物処理方法。
