少なくともC、H以外の元素を含む廃プラスチックと水を混合する耐圧容器と、前記水が超臨界水になるまで前記耐圧容器を加熱し前記廃プラスチックの熱分解反応溶媒にせしめる加熱手段と、前記溶媒から油及び固体の化学物質を抽出する手段とを備えることを特徴とする廃プラスチックの処理装置。
