銅箔の粗面が表面に転写された銅箔付き絶縁基板の銅箔をエッチングによって除去して表面を露呈させ、この露呈した表面を粗面化処理した後にシーディング処理を行い、回路と逆パターンのめっきレジストを形成し、無電解めっきにより回路を形成したことを特徴とするプリント配線板の製造方法。
