貧溶媒に分散させた有機バルク結晶に、超短パルスレーザーを照射することにより、非線形吸収によりアブレーションを誘起して前記有機バルク結晶を粉砕し、高分散性飛散物となし、前記貧溶媒が該高分散性飛散物を回収することにより、超微粒子を得ることを特徴とする有機化合物の超微粒子の製造方法。
