【課題】酸化チタンの光触媒機能が発現しやすい、中性域のpHを示す光触媒液状組成物を提供する。【解決手段】光触媒液状組成物は、シリカを5〜10重量%の範囲被着したアナタース型酸化チタン微粒子を分散した酸化チタンゾルを含み、中性域のpHを示すものであって、シリカの被着量を特定の範囲とすることによって、中性域のpHでも酸化チタン微粒子の分散安定性を確保できるとともに、シリカの間隙を通して酸化チタン微粒子の光触媒機能を利用することができる。【選択図】なし
