反応調整処理を有し、生ごみを発酵媒体に投入し、発酵媒体に発生する好気性微生物の発酵分解反応を利用して生ごみの好気性処理を行う生ごみ分解消滅方法であって、発酵媒体は、pHが7〜9に調整された木粉であり、好気性雰囲気で温度25°C〜60°Cに保持され、反応調整処理は、発酵媒体の水分量が予め定められた下限以下に低下したときには定量を発酵媒体に給水する処理であることを特徴とする生ごみ分解消滅方法。
