眼底画像に撮影されている血管の解析を行う画像解析装置であって、 当該画像解析装置は、前記眼底画像の中に、血管の解析を行う解析対象領域と、血管の解析を行わない解析対象外領域とを設定する領域設定手段を含んでおり、 当該領域設定手段によって設定された前記解析対象領域の中に位置する血管の画像を用いて、血管の解析を行うことを特徴とする画像解析装置。
