無機微粒子と感光性有機成分を必須成分とする感光性ペーストにおいて、無機微粒子としてガラス転移点480〜510°Cおよびガラス軟化点510〜540°Cを有し、かつ平均粒子径2〜3.5μm、トップサイズ15μm以下であるガラス粉末を用いることを特徴とする感光性ペースト。
