水晶基板に所定の穴を形成するための水晶穴加工方法において、Z面方位となる水晶基板面に所定パターンの開口部を備えたマスクを形成する工程と、前記マスクの開口部に先穴を形成する工程と、前記先穴が形成された水晶基板を異方性エッチングする工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする水晶穴加工方法。
