【要約】【課題】 光コネクタフェルールや半導体ウエハ等の精密部品表面等の最終仕上げを行うのに好適な研磨テープおよびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 研磨テープ用基材11上に、必要ならばプライマ層12を介して、平均粒子径1〜200mμの研磨材粒子を結合剤用樹脂液中に分散させた塗工剤を塗布して研磨層13を形成し、このようにして研磨テープ10を得る。

研磨テープ用基材に対して、平均粒子径10〜100mμの研磨材粒子を結合剤用樹脂液中に分散させた塗工剤により研磨層を形成したことを特徴とする研磨テープ。
