基体上に、白金又は白金を50原子%以上含有する白金合金の膜を蒸着し、その後、この白金又は白金合金の膜にアニール処理を施し、これを基板として、前記白金又は白金合金の膜上にダイヤモンド膜を気相合成することを特徴とする単結晶ダイヤモンド膜の形成方法。
