【課題】本発明は、チオレドキシン(TRX)を高濃度で含有するTRX高含有酵母の製造方法、および該製造方法によって製造されるTRX高含有酵母を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明によれば、酵母の培養においてストレス負荷を行うことを含む、TRX高含有酵母の製造方法が提供される。本発明によれば、好ましくは、酵母の培養開始と同時、対数増殖期、または定常期にストレス負荷を与える、TRX高含有酵母の製造方法が提供される。
