平均粒子径0.3〜1μmの酸化亜鉛粉末:平均粒子径15〜25μmのアルミナ及び/又はマグネシアの酸化物粉末の体積比が0.5:9.5〜3:7である熱伝導性フィラー40〜60体積%と、付加重合型液状シリコーン固化物60〜40体積%とを含み、熱伝導率2W/m・K以上、アスカーC硬度50以下であることを特徴とする放熱スペーサー。
