Claim (excerpt)：
洗浄工程を終了した後、耐圧洗浄容器(2)内の残存する高圧ガスを排気する際に、加熱したガスをこの耐圧洗浄容器(2)内へ供給して被洗浄物(9)を加熱し、その後、洗浄容器蓋(11)を開放することを特徴とする、超臨界又は亜臨界流体を用いた洗浄方法。
