回動可能な無端状の定着ベルト部材と、前記定着ベルト部材の端部に配設され、当該定着ベルト部材に対して回転駆動力を伝達する駆動力伝達部材と、前記定着ベルト部材の外表面に押圧して配設され、当該定着ベルト部材との間で定着ニップ部を形成する加圧部材とを備え、前記駆動力伝達部材は、当該定着ベルト部材の周方向の全域に亘り当該定着ベルト部材に対して固定されていることを特徴とする定着装置。
