【課題】低アルコール飲料の多くは、甘さと酸っぱさと果実の香りが魅力の商品であるが、甘すぎて多くは飲めない、飲んだ後に口に残るといった問題がある。【解決手段】本発明は、低アルコール飲料において、従来の低アルコール飲料にリンゴワインを添加し、さらにホップポリフェノールまたはリンゴポリフェノールを添加することにより、低アルコール飲料に特有の甘さ、酸っぱさ、果実風味をそのままにして口の中に残る甘さをなくす、キレを良くする、何本でも飲める、複雑な味わいを有する低アルコール飲料を得ることが可能となった。
