【要約】【課題】面内配向性に優れ、臨界電流密度の高い超伝導膜を製造する。【解決手段】金属部材に75%以上の圧下率で強圧延加工を施して再結晶化させ、強く3次元的に方位配列した集合組織を有する銅等の金属基板上に、酸化物超伝導体の前駆体からなる有機酸塩又は有機金属化合物等を含む膜体を形成した後、この前駆体を10-1atm以下の低酸素分圧下で熱分解させるか、あるいはこの金属基板上に金属基板と反応して酸化物超伝導膜を形成する構成元素を含む有機酸塩又は有機金属化合物等の膜体を形成した後、熱処理を施すことにより、集合組織の方位を引き継ぎ面内配向性に優れ、臨界電流密度の高い超伝導膜を容易に製造する。
