電動モータにより回転駆動された砥石のワークに対する研削力の検出値及びその目標値に基づき当該ワークに対する前記砥石の研削速度をフィードバック制御する制御部とを備えた研削装置であって、 前記制御部が、前記研削力の目標値に基づいて、前記研削速度をフィードフォワード制御することを特徴とする研削装置。
