第1の光変調信号を生成する第1の変調部と、 第2の光変調信号を生成する第2の変調部と、 前記第1および第2の光変調信号を偏波合成して光偏波多重信号を生成する結合部と、 前記第1および第2の光変調信号の光パワーが互いにほぼ同じになるように前記第1および第2の変調部の少なくとも一方を制御する制御部、 を有する光信号送信装置。
