【請求項1】N2Oを含む焼却炉の排ガスを集塵機とスクラバで処理した後、常温のままパルスの立ち上がり特製が5×1010A/s以上の急峻なものであるパルスプラズマ発生装置に導き、高エネルギー電子により活性化させたうえ、触媒反応塔に通してN2Oを除去することを特徴とする焼却炉からのN2O排出低減方法。
