【請求項1】 偏光解析結晶を使用して散乱の各チャネル(σ偏光→σ偏光、σ偏光→π偏光、π偏光→σ偏光、π偏光→π偏光)の散乱振幅を個別に調べる代わりに、偏光方向を制御した直線偏光のX線を試料に入射し、その入射偏光を変化させつつ試料から発生する各チャネルからの寄与が合成された散乱振幅の自乗量である散乱X線強度を回折計を使用して測定し、その散乱X線強度の入射偏光に対する依存性を解析することにより、試料の構造因子テンソルを決定する方法。
