【請求項1】 能動素子と、 第1の電極と、第2の電極と、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に設けられている高強誘電体膜有するコンデンサと、 前記能動素子と前記コンデンサとの間に設けられている層間絶縁膜と、 前記層間絶縁膜と前記コンデンサとの間に設けられている水素拡散バリア層と、 前記水素拡散バリア層に接続され、前記水素拡散バリア層とで前記コンデンサを囲むように配置されている水素吸着阻止層を有し、 前記水素拡散バリア層は、アルミニウム又はセリウムの酸化物を主成分とする材料からなることを特徴とする半導体記憶装置。
