【請求項1】窒素ガスとアルゴンガスを混合したガスに、電子ビームガンから加速した電子を照射して解離・電離・励起することにより電子ビーム励起プラズマを生成し、該プラズマを酸化チタン粉体に作用させて含まれる活性元素の窒素の化学反応により該粉体の表面を窒化して改質することを特徴とする酸化チタン粉体表面改質方法。
