【請求項1】細胞への導入を狙う薬効成分の有機バルク結晶に対して、分散剤や摩砕助剤を用いず貧溶媒に分散させた状態で、フェムト秒レーザー又はピコ秒レーザーからなる超短パルスレーザーを照射することにより、多光子励起を誘起し、非線形吸収によりアブレーションを誘起して前記薬効成分の有機バルク結晶を粉砕して高分散性飛散物となし、該高分散性飛散物を含む貧溶媒から、不純物の混入を回避しつつ、薬効成分の超微粒子を得ることを特徴とする薬効成分の超微粒子の製造方法。
