【請求項1】 複数のRNA配列データの各々から、RNA2次構造の複数のステム候補を抽出するステム候補抽出部と、 各RNA配列データから抽出された前記複数のステム候補の各々を頂点として有し、頂点間を辺で結んだステムグラフを生成するグラフ生成部と、 前記複数のRNA配列からそれぞれ生成された複数の前記ステムグラフを分析して、グラフ形状が類似し、対応する頂点のステム候補が類似し、前記複数のステムグラフに頻出する部分グラフを、RNA2次構造モチーフを表す頻出ステムパターンとして抽出するグラフ解析部と、 を備えたことを特徴とするRNA配列情報処理装置。
