【請求項1】 表面に微細流路が形成された一方のガラス基板を、表面に電極が形成された他方のガラス基板上に、前記電極と微細流路が対向するように位置合わせて重ね合わせる工程と、
前記一方のガラス基板と他方のガラス基板間に粘度6-10mPa.sのUV硬化性接着剤を侵入させる工程と、
前記他方のガラス基板上に、圧力を加えて2枚のガラス基板間の接着剤の表面張力による所定の高さにして、過剰な接着剤を除去する工程と、
前記微細流路内に侵入したUV硬化性接着剤を除去する工程と、
UV光を照射する工程と、
