【請求項1】 水晶又は溶融石英部材に対し、所定の照射条件でSiイオンを注入し、前記Siイオン注入後、酸素含有雰囲気下において1150°C〜1250°Cで所定時間アニール処理を施すことにより、青色光を発する部材を製造することを特徴とする青色発光部材の製造方法。
