【請求項1】 カンジダ・アンタークティカ由来リパーゼB(CALB)の変異体を細胞表層に提示する酵母であって、 該変異体が、 配列表の配列番号2の-7位のアラニン残基から317位のプロリン残基までのアミノ酸配列において、 (1)-2位および-1位がそれぞれリジン残基であるアミノ酸配列からなるポリペプチド; (2)-2位および-1位がそれぞれリジン残基であり、かつ308位および309位がそれぞれリジン残基であるアミノ酸配列からなるポリペプチド;および (3)-2位および-1位がそれぞれアラニン残基であり、かつ308位および309位がそれぞれリジン残基であるアミノ酸配列からなるポリペプチド からなる群から選択される、酵母。
