【請求項1】 複数のニューロンからなるカオス・ニューラルネットワークであって、 前記各ニューロンは、その内部状態を入力として、所定数の各区分それぞれにおいて線形であって入力値が0である点において区分の境があり、この点の関数出力値に対して正負における関数出力値が非点対称である非対称区分線形関数を演算することを特徴とする乱数生成システム。
