【請求項1】 鉄系超電導体のウィスカー結晶であって、M1(マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウムまたはバリウムから選ばれた1種以上の元素)、Fe(鉄)、M2(白金族元素から選ばれた1種以上の元素)及びAs(ヒ素)の4群よりなり、各群の元素のモル比が、 M1:Fe:M2:As=10:(10-5x):(4+5x):18(0.1≦x≦0.36) であり、SrZnSb2型結晶構造を有することを特徴とする鉄系超電導体のウィスカー結晶。
