【請求項1】 被検者より単離された血漿中のプラスミノゲンアクチベータインヒビター活性または濃度を測定する工程と、 被検者より単離された血漿にカルシウムイオンを添加しない場合のユーグロブリン溶解時間と被検者より単離された血漿にカルシウムイオンを添加した場合のユーグロブリン溶解時間との比率(RegularECLT/Ca添加ECLT)を求める工程と、 前記活性または前記濃度が正常妊婦血漿における値よりも低く、かつ、前記比率が5.0以下であるかどうかを決定する工程と、 を含む、早産または流産の発症危険度を判定するための方法。
