【請求項1】 45〜55原子%のPd、及び残部がTiと不可避不純物からなるTiPd系高温形状記憶合金であって、前記Tiの一部がHf、Zr、Nb、Moのうちの1種以上で、全体組成に対して0.1〜15原子%の範囲で置換されており、200°Cから550°Cまでの温度範囲で形状回復を示すことを特徴とするTiPd系高温形状記憶合金。
