【請求項1】 超臨界流体中でチタンイソプロポキシドとカルボン酸とを反応させる工程を備える球状多孔質酸化チタンナノ粒子の合成方法であって、 反応させる工程の反応温度は200°C以上であり、 前記超臨界流体が超臨界メタノールであり、 前記カルボン酸が、ギ酸、酢酸、安息香酸、オルトフタル酸、フマル酸又はマレイン酸であることを特徴とする球状多孔質酸化チタンナノ粒子の合成方法。
