【請求項1】 薬剤を含むカプシド又は被膜粒子からなる薬剤送達粒子の製造方法であって、 (a)0.1〜20%の界面活性剤を含む溶液中で中空カプシド又は中空粒子と薬剤を混合する工程、及び (b)前記混合工程後の混合液を-5〜50°Cで保持して、薬剤を中空カプシド又は中空粒子内に導入する工程 を含む前記製造方法。
