【課題】タンパク質を高収率かつ簡便に回収することを可能とし、網羅的なタンパク質精製を可能とする技術の提供。【解決手段】MafGタンパク質の全長又は一部のアミノ酸配列、又は該アミノ酸配列にプロテアーゼによる切断部位となるアミノ酸が挿入されたアミノ酸配列、を含んでなるプロテインタグを提供する。このプロテインタグによれば、MafGタンパク質に由来する高い不溶性をタグ化されるタンパク質に付与し、タグ化タンパク質を不溶化させることができるため、タグ化タンパク質を不溶画分に高い収率で回収できる。【選択図】なし
