【請求項1】 mRNAと、該mRNAによりコードされるタンパク質との複合体を製造するための核酸リンカーであって、 1つの3’末端領域と、 枝分かれした2つの5’末端領域と、からなり、 前記3’末端領域は、前記mRNAの3’末端側の配列とハイブリダイズしうる1本鎖ポリヌクレオチド部と、 前記1本鎖ポリヌクレオチド部から枝分かれし、末端に前記タンパク質の連結部を有するアーム部と、を含み、 前記2つの5’末端領域のうちの一方の領域は、前記mRNAの3’末端との結合部位、又は前記mRNAの3’末端とハイブリダイズする部位を有し、 前記2つの5’末端領域のうちの他方の領域は、切断部位を含み、且つ5’末端に固相結合部位を有することを特徴とする核酸リンカー。
