【請求項1】濃度を1%以上3%までの炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液を沸騰させ、刻んだおかわかめの葉を該沸騰した炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液に60秒から300秒浸漬することにより、該おかわかめの葉の緑色を黒色又は灰色にする葉組織内の成分を溶出させて除去又は低減せしめる方法。
