【請求項1】 複数の孔を有する支持要素と、 前記複数の孔の少なくとも一部の孔をカバーする2層のグラフェンと、 を有し、 前記2層のグラフェンのうち第1のグラフェン膜が、紫外線オゾン処理による欠陥の少なくとも一部分に親水基が付着した親水化グラフェン膜であり、 前記第1のグラフェン膜の欠陥量が、前記第1のグラフェン膜以外のグラフェン膜の欠陥量より多く、 前記2層のグラフェンのラマンスペクトルにおけるGバンド強度に対するDバンド強度の割合が、0.04以上0.5以下である ことを特徴とする透過電子顕微鏡試料支持体。
