抄録/ポイント： ・シンガポールで販売されていたオーストラリア産牛肉142個と国産牛肉を識別できるDNAマーカーを用いて鑑定の有効性を検証。
・BISNP7,BISNP21,BISNP39,BISNP40,BISNP43,ND5の6つのDNAマーカーの遺伝子型,対立遺伝子頻度から計算した累積検出率は,0.776。
・オーストラリア産Wagyu牛肉に関しては十分識別でき,偽装販売の抑止に利用可能。
