(a)バインダー樹脂、(b)光重合開始剤、(c)光重合性モノマー、(d)顔料及び(e)溶剤を含有してなるカラーフィルター用重合性組成物に於て、溶剤がS.P値6.8〜8.5(cal/cm3 )1/2 の溶剤(e-1)とS.P値8.6〜12.0(cal/cm3 )1/2 の溶剤(e-2)の少なくとも2種以上の混合溶剤であり、かつ、溶剤(e-1)と溶剤(e-2)のS.P値の差が0.3以上であることを特徴とするカラーフィルター用重合性組成物。
