【要約】【課題】 SiOなどの高容量で充放電可逆性に富む酸化物の負極材料は一般に大きい不可逆容量も有しており、電気化学的なLi補充などの極めて煩雑な手段を用いなければ使用できなかった。【解決手段】負極にSiOなどの不可逆容量の大なる酸化物とともにリチウム含有複合窒化物を含ませることで、酸化物とリチウム含有複合窒化物の相互作用でLiの補充を電極内で自動的に行わせることができ、可逆性の優れた高容量の電池が実現できる。
