【課題】ナノ粒子の利点を損なうことなく取扱性を向上させ、DDS等の各種医薬品分野に好適に応用できる薬物含有複合粒子の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】薬物および生体適合性高分子からなる生体適合性ナノ粒子と、糖アルコールとを含む液体原料Sを、粉体処理装置11の流動層空間13において噴霧乾燥式流動層造粒法により複合化して第2のコンポジット粒子66とする。これによって、ナノ粒子の利点を損なわずに生体適合性ナノ粒子の取扱性を非常に向上させることが可能となり、例えば、粉末経肺製剤等のDDSに好適に応用することができる。【選択図】図1
