【課題】帯材の圧延方法において、面内異方性を低下させることで深絞り加工時のイヤリングを減少して帯材の製品特性の向上を図る。【解決手段】極低炭素鋼の鋼板SをAr3点以下の温度領域で、上下のロール軸12,22が平面位置でθ1,θ2=1.5°(好ましくは、3°)以上の角度で交差した状態で圧延ロール11,21によりクロス圧延し、鋼板Sの面内異方性を低減(指標値Δr=0.2以下)する。【選択図】図1
